What is “2 Month Coordination”?

In simplest words, it’s finalizing all your planning details and creating a very smooth, enjoyable day! I will be the main point of contact for all of your vendors the last 2 months, any questions that they have, I will answer.  We will create a very detailed timeline, so that on your special day, everyone knows exactly what to do and how things are going to run.  We will discuss all your decorations, where you want things set up and how you want them set up; this will be done by creating a detailed layout. We will have a final venue walkthrough together and participate in a ceremony rehearsal for weddings if applicable.  On execution day, I will be your go girl by making sure that all your vendors show up on time, everything is set up exactly how we discussed, coordinating the timeline with your vendors, answering any questions and emergencies. Most importantly I will be making sure that you are enjoying your special day to the fullest!

Is there a difference between “2 Month” and “Day of” Coordination?

No, each coordinator calls it as it is. Realistically there is no such thing as “day of” coordination.  You really can’t just hand someone over some papers on your special day and expect them to understand your vision, and all the details. You need to at least meet them once prior to your special day to go over the logistics; and this is considered either 3 month, 2 month, 1 month, and/or even 2 week coordination. We are ALL “Day Of Coordinators”.
