  Engaged Includes (all the above plus):

• 1 final venue walkthrough

• Create a detailed timeline of your special day

• Contact all of your vendors to confirm arrival times and set-up

• Send all vendors the day of timeline

• Direct and manage vendors day of to stay on schedule and coordinate any announcements

• Create a photography timeline

• Create a DJ timeline

• Create a ceremony (if applicable) and reception layout

• Collect all decor on rehearsal day (if applicable)

  Married Includes (all the above plus):

• Assistant coordinator

• Ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)

• Unlimited meetings to create your perfect day

• Coordinate with photographer and DJ throughout the entire night with all special announcements and entertainment

• Packing up all decorations at the end of the night

• Ensure all vendors are paid and gratuities are given (if any)
