LBWAE Certification Terms & Conditions
1. Program & Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Wedding Coordinator Certification Course offered by Love Birds Weddings & Events (“Love Birds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in, purchasing, or accessing the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Wedding Coordinator Certification Course is an online educational program designed to provide students with training, tools, resources, and practical experience related to professional wedding coordination and the business behind coordination services.
Successful completion of all certification requirements qualifies students to receive the Certified Wedding & Event Coordinator designation and certificate issued by Love Birds Weddings & Events.
2. Enrollment, Payment & Course Access
Enrollment in the Wedding Coordinator Certification Course is available through the following access options:
Standard Access — $750
Includes 90 days of course access.
If additional time is needed after enrollment, eligible students may request a 30-day extension, currently $250.
Extended Access — $900
Includes 120 days of course access.
Includes an additional 30 days of course access for $150. If additional time is needed after enrollment, eligible students may request a 30-day extension, currently $250.
Course access begins on the date of enrollment and expires at the end of the access period selected at checkout. Students are responsible for completing all required coursework, assignments, and certification requirements before their access expires.
Upon expiration, students will no longer have access to the online course or any course materials that were not previously downloaded. Previously downloaded resources may continue to be used by the student in accordance with the intellectual property and permitted-use terms outlined below.
Course Access Extensions
Extensions do not occur automatically and must be purchased separately. A 30-day course access extension may currently be purchased for $250 by eligible, previously enrolled students who need additional time to complete the certification. Extensions are not available as a substitute for initial enrollment and may only be applied to an existing qualifying course enrollment.
Students must request and receive approval for an extension before purchasing. Extension eligibility will be verified using the student's existing course enrollment. Extension purchase links are intended only for the approved student and may not be shared or transferred.
Purchasing an extension without prior approval does not guarantee eligibility or continued course access. Love Birds Weddings & Events reserves the right to limit the number of extensions available per enrollment.
Course and extension pricing may change at any time. Any price changes will apply to future purchases and will not affect completed purchases. Students are responsible for the extension price in effect at the time of purchase.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because the Wedding Coordinator Certification Course provides access to digital educational content, downloadable resources, and course materials upon enrollment, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for failure to complete the course within the selected access period, lack of participation, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to meet certification requirements.
If additional time is needed to complete the course, eligible students may request a course access extension in accordance with the Course Access Extensions policy outlined in Section 2.
Payment Disputes: Students agree to contact Love Birds Weddings & Events regarding any billing or payment concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. Love Birds Weddings & Events reserves the right to provide applicable enrollment records, Terms acceptance, course access and participation records, communications, and other relevant documentation when responding to a payment dispute.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that may be required under applicable law.
4. Student Responsibilities & Course Participation
Students are responsible for actively participating in the course and completing all required lessons, quizzes, assignments, and certification requirements within their active course access period.
Course accounts are intended for the enrolled student only. Login credentials and course access may not be shared, transferred, or provided to another person. Account activity may be monitored for security purposes and to help identify unauthorized access or account sharing. Suspicious or unusual account activity may result in verification of the enrolled student's identity and/or temporary suspension of course access while the activity is reviewed.
All assignments and certification requirements must be completed by the enrolled student. Submitting another person's work as your own, falsifying course submissions, or otherwise attempting to obtain certification dishonestly may result in loss of course access or certification eligibility.
Students are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally when interacting with instructors, other students, and members of the Love Birds Weddings & Events community.
5. Quizzes, Assignments & Course Progression
Students must complete all required lessons, quizzes, and assignments as they progress through the course. Certain course content may require completion of previous lessons or activities before the student can continue.
A minimum score of 80% is required to pass each graded quiz. Students may retake quizzes as permitted by the course platform during their active access period.
Assignments must be completed and submitted according to the instructions provided within the course. Love Birds Weddings & Events may review submissions, provide feedback, and require revisions or resubmission when necessary before an assignment is considered complete.
All coursework must be completed within the student's active course access period. Completion of individual lessons, quizzes, or assignments does not automatically guarantee certification; students must satisfy all certification requirements outlined in Section 6.
6. Certification Requirements
To earn the Certified Wedding & Event Coordinator designation and receive a certificate from Love Birds Weddings & Events, students must successfully complete all required course lessons, quizzes, assignments, and final certification requirements within their active course access period.
Students must:
Complete all required course lessons and assignments.
Earn a minimum score of 80% on all required quizzes.
Complete and submit the Final Timeline Creation Assignment in accordance with the instructions provided.
Complete the 45-question Final Certification Exam with a minimum passing score of 80%.
Certification will only be issued after all requirements have been successfully completed and, where applicable, reviewed and approved by Love Birds Weddings & Events.
The certification issued through this program is a private professional certification offered by Love Birds Weddings & Events and is not represented as an accredited academic degree, license, or government-issued credential.
7. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
All course content and materials provided by Love Birds Weddings & Events, including but not limited to videos, lessons, guides, templates, checklists, scripts, questionnaires, worksheets, presentations, and downloadable resources, are owned by or licensed to Love Birds Weddings & Events and are provided for the enrolled student's personal and professional use.
Students may download, customize, and use designated templates and resources for their own wedding or event coordination business and client work. Students may retain and continue using materials they have lawfully downloaded after their course access expires.
Course content and materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, sold, sublicensed, published, uploaded publicly, or provided to other individuals or businesses. Students may not use course materials to create, teach, sell, or distribute their own course, certification program, training program, or substantially similar educational product.
Love Birds Weddings & Events branding, course content, and original materials may not be represented as the student's own original work or used in a manner that suggests ownership or authorship by the student.
8. Weekly Live Group Q&A Sessions
While actively enrolled, students may participate in weekly live group Q&A sessions offered by Love Birds Weddings & Events. Attendance is encouraged but not required and does not affect certification eligibility.
Live sessions are generally scheduled on Wednesdays but may be rescheduled, combined, or otherwise modified due to instructor availability, holidays, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Sessions may be hosted by the course creator or another designated representative or qualified coordinator.
Live sessions may be recorded for educational and community purposes, including sharing recordings or selected clips within the private Student & Graduate Community. By participating with your camera or microphone enabled, you understand that your name, image, voice, or contributions may appear in the recording. Students who do not wish to appear or be heard in a recording may participate with their camera and microphone turned off.
Love Birds Weddings & Events reserves the right to modify, replace, reschedule, or discontinue the live-session format when reasonably necessary due to instructor availability, platform limitations, business operations, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. When reasonably possible, notice and/or an alternative form of student support will be provided to actively enrolled students.
9. Student & Graduate Community
Students may receive access to the private Love Birds Weddings & Events Student & Graduate Community as an additional resource for networking, support, course discussions, and continued connection with other students and graduates.
Community access may continue after course access expires; however, continued membership is subject to compliance with community rules and respectful, professional conduct. Love Birds Weddings & Events reserves the right to remove members for harassment, inappropriate behavior, unauthorized promotion or solicitation, sharing of confidential or proprietary course materials, or other conduct that disrupts the community.
Participation in the community is optional and is not required to earn or maintain certification. The availability, platform, format, or features of the community may change over time.
10. Graduate Opportunities, Mentorship & Results
Graduates may have access to additional opportunities and resources offered by Love Birds Weddings & Events, including the opportunity to apply for hands-on wedding experience in Colorado and optional one-on-one mentorship services. These opportunities and services are separate from the certification requirements and may be subject to availability, eligibility, location, additional fees, or other requirements.
Completion of the certification does not guarantee placement at a wedding, employment, clients, bookings, income, business success, or any specific professional result. Individual results will vary based on factors including experience, effort, location, market conditions, and individual business practices.
Any hands-on opportunities offered through Love Birds Weddings & Events are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed to every graduate. Optional mentorship services, when available, are separate paid services and are not included in the course enrollment price.
11. Educational & Professional Disclaimer
The Wedding Coordinator Certification Course is provided for educational and professional development purposes only. Course content, resources, templates, examples, and discussions are intended to provide general guidance related to wedding and event coordination and business practices.
Information provided within the course should not be considered legal, tax, financial, accounting, or other individualized professional advice. Students are responsible for determining which laws, regulations, licenses, permits, insurance requirements, contracts, taxes, and other business obligations apply to them based on their location and individual circumstances.
Love Birds Weddings & Events encourages students to consult qualified legal, tax, financial, or other professionals when appropriate.
12. Technology, Platforms & Program Changes
Students are responsible for having reliable internet access and a compatible device necessary to access and complete the online course. Love Birds Weddings & Events is not responsible for technical issues caused by a student's device, internet connection, software, or other circumstances outside of our control.
The course may rely on third-party platforms or services for course hosting, payments, live sessions, community features, or other functions. Love Birds Weddings & Events cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or continued operation of any specific third-party platform and may substitute another platform or method when reasonably necessary.
Love Birds Weddings & Events may update, improve, reorganize, or replace course content, resources, technology, or program features over time. Any changes will be made at our discretion and will not intentionally remove the core educational purpose of the certification for actively enrolled students.
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control significantly disrupt course access or delivery, reasonable efforts will be made to restore access, provide an alternative, or otherwise communicate available options to affected students.
13. Termination of Access
Love Birds Weddings & Events reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's course or community access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions, including account sharing, unauthorized distribution or resale of course materials, fraudulent activity, harassment, abusive conduct, academic dishonesty, or other misuse of the program.
When appropriate, students may be given notice and an opportunity to correct the violation before access is terminated. However, Love Birds Weddings & Events reserves the right to take immediate action when necessary to protect the course, its materials, other students, or the business.
Termination resulting from a student's violation of these Terms does not entitle the student to a refund of course enrollment, extension, or other fees already paid, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Privacy, Legal Terms & Acceptance
Love Birds Weddings & Events may collect and use student information as reasonably necessary to process enrollment, provide course access, communicate course-related information, issue certifications, maintain student records, and administer the program. Student information will be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy practices and the policies of any third-party platforms used to provide the course.
Students agree to receive communications reasonably necessary for participation in the program, including enrollment information, course updates, access notices, certification-related communications, and important changes affecting the program.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with any policies expressly referenced within them, constitute the agreement between the student and Love Birds Weddings & Events regarding enrollment in the certification program. Love Birds Weddings & Events may update these Terms from time to time; however, material changes will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to a completed purchase where prohibited by applicable law.
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Wedding Coordinator Certification Course, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
